And he said to the woman, \u201cHas God indeed said, \u2018You shall not eat of every tree of the garden\u2019?\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2 And the woman said to the <span style=\"background-color: #ffcc99;\">serpent<\/span>, \u201cWe may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; 3 but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, \u2018You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.\u2019 \u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4 Then the <span style=\"background-color: #ffcc99;\">serpent<\/span> said to the woman, \u201cYou will not surely die. 5 For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p>The original Hebrew text says the same; It was <span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u05e0\u05d7\u05e9<\/span> (NaKhash; serpent, snake, dragon), not mentioned as <span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u05e9\u05d8\u05df<\/span> (SaTan).<\/p><p>Then, how can anyone say that it was Satan who deceived Eve?\u00a0<\/p><p>The answer is in Revelation chapter 12.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\">Here it is;<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\">Revelation 12:3~4 (NKJV)<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3 And another sign appeared in heaven: behold, a great, fiery red <span style=\"background-color: #ffcc99;\">dragon<\/span> having seven heads and ten horns, and seven diadems on his heads. 4 His tail drew a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth. And the <span style=\"background-color: #ffcc99;\">dragon<\/span> stood before the woman who was ready to give birth, to devour her Child as soon as it was born.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Revelation 12:7~9 (NKJV)<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.38; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7 And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the <span style=\"background-color: #ffcc99;\">dragon<\/span>; and the <span style=\"background-color: #ffcc99;\">dragon<\/span> and his angels fought, 8 but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. 9 <span style=\"background-color: #ffcc99;\">So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan<\/span>, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Now, we are 100% sure that the serpent was indeed Satan the Devil who deceived Eve.<\/p><p>Shalom (\u05e9\u05dc\u05d5\u05dd).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Whenever we read articles or hear stories about Adam and Eve, we always see or hear that Satan deceived the woman Eve in the garden.
